This course is intended to teach the basics of programming and computer science to students who know very little about computing. All students bring their laptops to class and work through exercises together.

Description

From the Undergraduate Record:

Introduces the basic principles and concepts of object-oriented programming through a study of algorithms, data structures and software development methods in Java. Emphasizes both synthesis and analysis of computer programs.
